Trained in design thinking, participatory facilitation as well as innovation management, I help clients to facilitate and moderate change processes - whether it is a team session, an innovation or co-creation workshop, a session at a conference, or a more complex organizational change process. Together with clients, I develop the right formats and methodologies that help to achieve the intended results and outcomes.
I facilitate a range of different workshops: I enjoy working with organizations and teams, facilitating them through a journey of developing their own solutions and unlocking their creative potential.
Inspiration > Innovation Workshop for Top Leadership of Indian Consulting Firm
Internationally, consulting firms have to 'self-disrupt' themselves if they are to stay relevant in the future. Emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning are disrupting the business models of large auditing firms. By designing and facilitating a one day innovation workshop, I helped PWC India's innovation team to inspire the top leadership and challenge their 'comfort zone'. Together with a team from CollabHouse Hyderabad, we applied a variety of methods and facilitated interactions with startups and innovators, and created a 'tinker lab' where the leadership team could experiment with emerging technologies themselves. Post the workshop, a number of similar workshops were rolled out throughout the organization.
I like working with diverse groups of solution providers and facilitate different kind of processes of idea generation, innovation and co-creation.
Affordable eyecare innovations for India

Through a one day design thinking process, about 40 experts, startups, corporates and innovators ideated on product, process, and business model innovations. The results fed into a global research on trends in eyecare delivery.
Innovations to nudge the impact investing ecosystem
As part of the Conference Financing Global Development â Leveraging Impact Investing for the SDGs hosted by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Berlin in November 2017, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Intellecap, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Coopertion (SDC) facilitated a âdesign labâ on incentivizing impact in investment management. I facilitated the session, encouraging stakeholders from the impact investing ecosystem to imagine the future of impact measurement and management, specifically with the objective of maximizing impact while channeling capital into small and growing businesses (SGBs). Through a design thinking session new ideas on innovative instruments that could nudge the ecosystem towards more actively pursuing and scaling impact were developed.
